As Kosta wrote there’s no way to upgrade the RAM but other upgrades are possible Using Thunderbolt 3 you can connect an external GPU using ThunderBolt 3 and of course any device designed to work with USB 31 (or older) and Thunderbolt 3 (or older) including hard drives monitors printers etc etc.
